About

David Hannibal (co-founder of Haunted by Waters and Samsara's Edge) and Kristina Finn have been collaborating on musical ideas for many years, blending rock, blues, jazz, pop, new age electronic and swamp funk into creations uniquely their own.

Smooth, edgy, atmospheric, and bitter-sweet — the music of Hannibal Finn is hard to fit into a single category. Their debut album No Longer There showcases this breadth: from the hypnotic groove of Orleans to the delicate introspection of Suddenly, each track occupies its own emotional universe.

Lyrics — No Longer There

All 8 songs from the album

1. I Walked a Lonely Line
No Longer There
I walked a lonely line along a fast road Slippery, and nice It took me years to find out I was on the wrong road I walked a lonely line talking tip-toeing 'round I crossed the buildings on a tight rope but you could never get me down I walked a lonely line along a fast and slippery road
2. Orleans
No Longer There
When your light is shinin' shinin' like the sun When your light is shinin' it shines for everyone When your life's not easy well, I know it's true When your life's not easy someone will shine through for you
3. Late Summer Night
No Longer There
(Instrumental)
4. Forever Again
No Longer There
When I saw you, I saw me When I found you, I found me When I see you, I see me When I find you, I find me Forever again, and forever over again Forever again, and forever over again Together in the dance that we call life Let's dance, Let's dance
5. Autumn
No Longer There
(Instrumental with background vocals)
6. I Should Know Everything
No Longer There
I think I need to know all of the answers, and If I don't know I will make you think I do I should know everything I should know everything I don't know everything I don't know anything At work they think I know more than I do know, so Please don't let them know I make it up as I go
7. Suddenly
No Longer There
Unaware of what is really there How long have I been so unaware? Suddenly, I can really see The veil's been torn from me so suddenly Suddenly With my heart, with my love open wide
8. No Longer There
No Longer There
(Instrumental)
